In addition to traditional grain pasta, we offer our guests a unique, extremely healthy pasta option: Ancient Grains.

Some of our options include Kamut, Einkorn, Farro, and Buckwheat to bring you a nutritious, delicious bite in every Pazzi Pasta bowl.

Learn how to make pasta like a real Italian with Pazzi Pasta!

Have you ever wanted to hand craft your own pasta? Here is your chance! Pazzi Pasta's pasta making classes are an excellent opportunity for you to get hands on experience with making fresh, delicious pasta and sauces. 

You'll be greeted with a Brooklyn Roasting Company cappuccino before rolling up your sleeves and learning to make homemade pasta. Throughout the class you'll sip on your choice of wine or Italian soda and learn the rich history of Sicilian cooking. We'll end the afternoon with a delicious meal that includes the pasta & sauces you've created.

dr. Giovanni Campanile

Co-Owner & nutrition expert

Giovanni comes to the pasta field with years of practice as one of the nation's top cardiologists and director of integrated medicine. As a contributor to Shape and Men's Fitness, Giovanni wants to educate others on health consciousness. His main goal is to bring the community a delicious, well balanced meal of nutrition and flavor through pasta.

FRANCESCA CAMPANILE

Francesca's love of pasta runs so deep that she picked up everything and moved to Genova, Italy to learn how to craft it from the masters! Francesca is always working to create innovative pasta varieties through nutritious ingredients and versatile shapes.

Co-Owner & Recipe developer

Coming from a long lineage of chefs in Sicily,  Sandra creates recipes rooted in health and packed with nutritional value. You'll always find Sandra in the kitchen on weekends bringing her Sicilian heritage to the Brooklyn community.

Inspired by the elements of old world foods and fresh, nutritious ingredients, Teresa Campanile is a lover of all things super-food. Incorporating her eye for decorative fun and and passion for culinary art, Teresa brings an imaginative pop to the nutritious roots of Pazzi.

It wasn't until his second year of medical school that Dan realized his love was rooted in food. While traveling through Costa Rica, the idea of insanely delicious, health conscious pasta dawned on Dan and thus Pazzi Pasta was born. Dan's love of his Sicilian culinary roots and his families' ties to the medical field proved a perfect match to bring to Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.
