Giovanni comes to the pasta field with years of practice as one of the nation's top cardiologists and director of integrated medicine. As a contributor to Shape and Men's Fitness, Giovanni wants to educate others on health consciousness. His main goal is to bring the community a delicious, well balanced meal of nutrition and flavor through pasta.
Francesca's love of pasta runs so deep that she picked up everything and moved to Genova, Italy to learn how to craft it from the masters! Francesca is always working to create innovative pasta varieties through nutritious ingredients and versatile shapes.

Coming from a long lineage of chefs in Sicily, Sandra creates recipes rooted in health and packed with nutritional value. You'll always find Sandra in the kitchen on weekends bringing her Sicilian heritage to the Brooklyn community.

It wasn't until his second year of medical school that Dan realized his love was rooted in food. While traveling through Costa Rica, the idea of insanely delicious, health conscious pasta dawned on Dan and thus Pazzi Pasta was born. Dan's love of his Sicilian culinary roots and his families' ties to the medical field proved a perfect match to bring to Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.
